Anything always beats nothing. Doing something will always get you further than doing nothing.
So get in the gym – regardless of how tired you are or how low your motivation is – and do something.

You can do so many different things that there’s always something to do. Workout with weights, or hit the machines. Or do some cardio (so many options and fun things to do) or just go into the gym and work on your mobility.

If you find yourself doing nothing (and it’s not a rest day) then get up, get in the gym and get busy doing something!
