Quit thinking. Take action.

No, I don’t want you to stop thinking 😂 No zombies here.. Haha. But sometimes it’s better to START doing shit rather than overthinking something.

This happened to myself a few times, especially when I’m about to go into a new (big) project.. I want things to be “perfect” and I want to be as prepared as possible. But the truth is that 99% of the time, everything falls into place once you start taking action.

This week, try not to overthink or overcomplicate things.. Just take action and get busy.
Regardless if it’s a project outside of the gym or if it’s about you going beast mode in the gym.
Let’s make sh*t happen! HALF of the year has already passed. Let’s push harder than before and chase those goals with fury and passion! 🔥
