I see people – every time I step into the gym – with their faces buried deep in their phones.
Everyone is different, so maybe that’s a way to FOCUS on the workout itself, but to me it just doesn’t make sense to shift focus to your phone and all the things in it – when you should focus on those weights. 👍

But what someone do with their own phone during a workout isn’t the biggest issue..

The worst thing is that this impacts those that go to the gym to actually lift.. Since Mr or Mrs Iphone spends 5-15 minutes of “rest” between each set (because of the phone.) 😆

The other day one guy was doing 1 set every 10 minutes. During 30 minutes he managed to do 2 minutes of working out and 28 minutes of iphone while I did 3 sets of 4 different exercises

For your own sake – in order to be able to really focus and going beast mode: put down your phone and focus on going all in and making the most of your workout.

If not for your own benefit – then for your fellow gym addicts who’s waiting for you to finish your iphone workout 😆
